We keep data in MiniCRM, a cloud solution hosted on servers in Romania. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties or public institutions unless legally obliged to do so. We may disclose personal data to third parties if you have consented or if there are other legal grounds for it.
How We Secure Your Data
We do our best to keep your personal data safe. We use secure protocols for communication and data transfer (such as HTTPS). We use anonymization and pseudonymization where suitable. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
Even though we try our best, we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify the appropriate authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
Restricted access in MiniCRM with user and password. Limiting functionalities that can export data, send mass emails, etc. We have MiniCRM documentation which states that they make necessary efforts to store and handle this data securely. Below are some essential information provided by MiniCRM:
Technology
MiniCRM regularly updates all software used to defend against known attack surfaces at all levels (means used by colleagues, server operating systems, virtualization layer, guest operating system, application). Our servers are located in one of the most secure data centers in Europe. We use a redundant and scalable infrastructure that has no single point of failure that could cause a service outage.
Protection Against Access
Physical access to the infrastructure is extremely limited. Proper identification is required in all cases. MiniCRM was built from the ground up as a multi-user service, and the entire platform and infrastructure ensure logical separation of data. It supports the use of external identification services (Single-Sign-On) (Google Accounts, OpenID).
Network Security
Data storage servers are separated from the external world by multi-level firewalls. Only load-balancing servers have an internet connection. Application and data storage servers operate on separate internal networks, with connections between them ensured by an intermediate firewall/load-balancing layer. Clear/test/integration/development environments operate on different networks. Stored data is protected against intrusion and electronic phishing attacks. Unused services, protocols, and software are removed. All our software operates from minimal bases, installing only necessary software. The efficiency of procedures and internal rules is controlled through external security audits.
Minor Policy
We do not intend to knowingly collect information from minors. We do not target minors as potential beneficiaries of our services.
